By accessing or using Prime 59, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Account Terms

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through multiplayer features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or its servers.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Prime 59 offers optional premium subscriptions. Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat depending on your platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable taxes.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled through the respective app store platform.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality:

• Supabase: Authentication and secure data storage.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management.
• PostHog: Product analytics to improve user experience.
• Plausible: Privacy-friendly website analytics (no cookies).
• Apple / Google Sign-In: Authentication providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in the App and Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, is the property of I Lov Guitars Inc. or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to our services or users. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

Prime 59 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Lov Guitars Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content provided in the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. If we make any material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice in the App before the changes become effective.
